Well, the owner wants to have more freedom for resign houses and do the construction for New houses in bali, in lovina.

Sumahotel is situated in lovina, north bali, 20 meters from the sea. in kalibukbuk.

Just outside  the centre.

The sumahotel is a well  earning business hotel,  but no possibilty to expand .

They have the sumahotel for 20 years now.

From an 8 room hotel to 28 rooms now. With restaurant, swimming Pool, spa, very nice garden,
